Continuing with our NBA 2024 best players ranking, it is now the turn of the Eastern Conference, a highly competitive one that is becoming harder to predict as the season progresses. However, five players have definitely stood out as the indisputable best ones in this conference. Here are our top five:
Joel Embiid – Philadelphia 76ers
Despite many controversies in his play style, Embiid is having yet another INSANE regular season with the 76ers. He is exploiting when he does best, paint scoring, rebounding and even maximizing his free throw chances. With his team being third in the East, he is arguably one of the best players in the conference and the entire NBA.
2023-24 Stats: 34.9 PPG, 11.7 RPG, 5.9 APG, 2.0 BLK, 1.1 STL.
Giannis Antetokounmpo – Milwaukee Bucks
Giannis and the Bucks are constantly improving every single aspect of their game in recent days. After his recent statements, they have gained the confidence they needed to get back on track to their dominance in the regular season. Surprisingly, as a leader of the organization, Antetokounmpo has proven time and time again that his value to the team is beyond measure.
2023-24 Stats: 31.2 PPG, 11.4 RPG, 5.9 APG, 60.8 FG%
Jayson Tatum – Boston Celtics
As always, the Boston Celtics are on top of the Eastern Conference during the regular season, currently having the best record in the NBA. Tatum is arguably the most prominent factor for Celtics success, as the responsibility is on him at all times as a leader of the team. He only needs to find even more consistency in every aspect of his game to help his team have a championship run.
2023-24 Stats: 27.1 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 4.5 APG
Tyrese Haliburton – Indiana Pacers
The new young superstar has unique skills, unprecedented playmaking, and offensive capabilities. They are slowly but surely finding their best dynamic as a team, with Haliburton being a great catalyst for that. There is no doubt that he is a top player in the Eastern Conference. Hopefully, he returns from his recent hamstring injury better than ever.
2023-24 Stats: 23.6 PPG, 4.2 RPG, 12.5 APG
Jalen Brunson – New York Knicks
The Knicks have seen an incredible performance boost across the board after the recent trade movements by their front office. Brunson Is an essential piece of this New York team, constantly improving on both sides of the court, especially on the offensive side, where he exploits the opponents in their abilities and focuses on great playmaking every night.
2023-24 Stats: 25.8 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 6.4 APG
